Minnesota Baptisms

It was another great baptism revival in Minnesota!

A week or two ago, I had just committed to go to Ecuador in November and put in my deposit. That same day, Kayla reached out to connect me with a young couple from Ecuador who wanted to come to a revival here in the States. I felt it was important to reach out to them. Then I heard they were coming to Minnesota! When we finally got a chance to meet, I heard their testimony, and one part blew my mind.

Dani, the wife, on her first trip to the States about nine years ago, was unable to speak English. She only had a few words and asked the ladies she was with not to speak to her in English, because she could not speak it. At the end of the day, they looked at her and asked if they could ask one question: could she tell them about Jesus?

She took a deep breath. She desired so badly to share her relationship with Jesus but did not have the words to share what was in her heart. When she opened her mouth, she began speaking in English fluently, not even understanding the words she was saying at the time! Ever since, she has been able to speak fluent English. What an amazing God we serve!

Another lady came into the waters after serving the Lord for the last 20 years. She came to surrender her life completely. She felt like she was still holding some things back.

One thing she asked for prayer for was some abuse she was holding onto from her childhood. As we began to pray, she started to manifest. Her eyes completely changed, and she began to scream loudly as her whole body clenched up. Her hands were so clenched she was unable to use them. After we prayed for her and baptized her, she was set free and delivered!

Our middle daughter Zoe had her first experience helping with a baptism! She met a lady on land. After they talked, the lady desired to get in the water and get baptized. The team in the water allowed Zoe to come in and help with the baptism and the prayer.

A young man named Jackson came with his mother. He was probably about ten. You could tell he had gone through a lot. His mother and father had been split up.

As we prayed for them, you could tell they were gaining freedom and able to stand against the onslaught of lies the enemy had trapped them in. About a half hour later, he came back in the water and gave my partner and me both big hugs, thanking us so much for praying for him. You could tell he had a giant weight lifted!

A lot of the young people who came were desiring a deeper walk with the Lord. I remember two young girls coming in. One of them, only 14, was blasted with the gift of intercession as she was touched by the glory of the Lord.
