Privacy

This site is a personal writing project. I keep data collection small on purpose and only collect what I need to write back to you and send the occasional update. This page explains what that looks like.

What I collect

If you fill out a form on this site, you can share some or all of the following with me:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any message you choose to write
• Prayer requests you send to the Standing Ones
• Whether you want to be on the mailing list

I do not run analytics or advertising on this site. I do not use tracking cookies. Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type for short periods as part of normal hosting, but I do not tie those logs to you.

How I use it

• To reply to notes you send me
• To send the mailing list when I post a new recap, if you opted in
• To pray for requests you send to the Standing Ones

I do not sell your information. I do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. I do not share prayer requests publicly.

Who processes it

A few services help me run this site. They see data only as needed to do their job:

• Supabase stores the content of this site and the data you submit through forms.
• Resend delivers newsletter and transactional email for the site.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and serves pages to your browser.
• Google Fonts serves the web fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google when you load a page.

Email and unsubscribing

Every newsletter I send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you click it, your address is removed from the list. If the link ever fails, write to me at the address below and I will remove you by hand.

Your choices

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what I have on file for you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your record entirely

Children

This site is written for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to me, write to me and I will delete it.

Changes

If I change how this site handles information, I will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
