Tennessee Baptisms
The Kindness of God
Tennessee is in the books with many new testimonies of God’s lovingkindness. What a joy it has been to be a part of this movement God has released upon the earth! This is looking like the last baptism event with KG ministry we’ll be able to get to in 2026, and I’m reminding myself of all God has done this year—sheesh!
Friday started with getting to meet a very sweet couple who came all the way from Germany. They had somewhat recently left a lifestyle of New Age beliefs after it took them down a darker and darker path, and as they turned to Jesus, He has been completely setting them free and leading them into new life. Excited to see how they go back and impact Germany for the kingdom of God!
Another lady met my partner and me in the water for baptism and shared her testimony. After her husband left her, she had completely broken down and became so mentally destroyed that she had to be taken to a psych ward. One day while there, the Lord came to her and told her to read Psalm 91. As soon as she started reading “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty,” her mind was completely restored. She was able to quickly get released, and her marriage has been restored. She came to the water to be baptized as she is stepping into her calling to help other couples. ❤️
Another lady we had a powerful encounter with in the water has been leaving the homosexual lifestyle that started out of abuse as a child. Before we could even get her baptized, the Lord’s glory came and she was out and floating as the Lord healed the trauma of the past and began renewing her mind, rewiring her as only He can. As she was leaving the water, you could see the freedom she was ready to walk in. 🕊️
On the second day, my favorite testimony is a couple who came seeking restoration of their marriage from the impact of unfaithfulness and sexual addiction. There is a great joy I have when I get to tell the spirit of defeat where to go. 🔥 God always wins, and I was honored to declare that victory over them. The Lord blasted them good as they came out of the water, and they finished the work by placing each other’s wedding rings back on. 💥❤️🔥😭
Many other stories I hate to leave out, but I’m thankful for the time we had at such a beautiful venue with an amazing local group, including the landowners who paved the way for this move to come.
The theme of the weekend for me was that God is KIND. He is patient and continues to offer us the freedom He has paid for. Sometimes it takes a few times for us to encounter His love until we fully embrace it. We can also play a role for others—to stand in agreement, declare truth, and have faith for their victory.
Anticipating great things for the Gabbards and their team in 2027 as the Lord continues to use them to advance the kingdom. 🌎👀
